JHX wet metal bond diamond polishing pads are designed to polish hard granite and concrete. They are capable of producing a great finish at an economic price. They are recommended for use on darker colored granite and concrete. Metal bond pads are made by mixing metal powders with resin to provide a tighter bond to diamonds. They are more aggressive and last longer than traditional resin bond pads. A 4 in. semi-rigid back holder is included in this set to use with these diamond polishing pads. The semi-rigid back holder is Velcro faced and made with rubber and brass thread body. Semi-rigid is suitable for polishing both edges and surface. Brass female thread has 5/8-11 thread to fit on most polishers and variable speed grinders.
